Thoughts on Class Assignments

At first, I was a little leary with how different this class seemed. Now that I understand how the class is going to work I like it a lot. I am most intrigued by the storytelling assignments and then reading and commenting on other peoples stories. I also like the level of freedom and discretion left to the student.  I have never had to take a class where I had to create and do assignment through a blog. I have also never had a class where you simply declare you did the work. The extra credit that most interests me is the Wikipedia trails. This is something I do all the time when I'm bored and you never know what you will end up reading about.
